Service Description
For travelers who've already decided on their cruise, or are close enough that they don't need a full planning session — a focused 60-minute call to confirm the details and get your reservation made, with a guaranteed turnaround. Includes: One 60-minute call to confirm cabin, pricing, and details · Your booking handled and confirmed within [X] business days · Access to my host agency's rates and any current promotions Not included: exploratory planning across multiple cruise lines or itineraries — if you're still deciding, start with Plan My Cruise instead. Policy: This fee covers my time securing and confirming your booking and is due at the time you schedule our call. Non-refundable, including if you ultimately choose to book elsewhere after our call. Final pricing is set by the cruise line at time of booking and may differ slightly from quotes.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. Need to reschedule? You can do so at no charge if it's more than 12 hours before your scheduled time — just use the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your session forfeit the session fee, since that time was reserved specifically for you. If I need to reschedule for any reason, I'll reach out as soon as possible to find a new time — no charge either way.
