REFUND POLICY

 

Digital Products

 

All digital products sold by Crafted Travel Co. — including workbooks,

planning guides, templates, and any other downloadable tools — are

delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these products can be

accessed and downloaded immediately, all sales are final. I'm unable

to offer refunds on digital products once purchased, regardless of

which product it is or when it was added to the site.

 

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact

me at help@craftedtravelco.com and I'll make sure you get the file.

 

Consulting Services

 

Free Consultation: No fee is charged for this service, so no refund

applies.

 

Full Planning ($199): The planning fee is due when you book your

session and is non-refundable once your call and written plan have

been delivered. This fee reflects the time and expertise involved in

the planning session itself, whether or not you choose to book your

cruise afterward.

 

Cruise Bookings

 

Once a cruise reservation is made on your behalf, all deposits,

payments, and cancellations are governed by the individual cruise

line's own policies — not by Crafted Travel Co. I'll walk you through

the relevant cancellation terms before any payment is charged, but

refunds for booked travel are determined solely by the cruise line

(and any travel insurance you've purchased).
