Service Description
A full planning conversation covering cruise line, itinerary, cabin category, and what's actually worth paying for, based on your budget and priorities. You'll leave with a personalized written plan you can book from whenever you're ready. Includes: One 90-minute planning call · A personalized written plan with specific recommendations · Enough detail to book confidently, with any agency or cruise line you choose Not included: the actual booking — this is planning and advice only. (See Plan & Book if you'd rather I handle the reservation directly.) Policy: Payment covers my time and is due at booking. Non-refundable once the call and written plan are delivered. Cruise line pricing and cabin availability can change after our call and are outside my control.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. Need to reschedule? You can do so at no charge if it's more than 12 hours before your scheduled time — just use the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your session forfeit the session fee, since that time was reserved specifically for you. If I need to reschedule for any reason, I'll reach out as soon as possible to find a new time — no charge either way.
