Service Description
If you've done your research and just need someone to handle the booking, I can help with that at no charge. I earn a commission from the cruise line, so there's no cost to you. And if you have a few lingering questions or want a second opinion on a detail or two before we pull the trigger, that's completely fine — we'll sort it out together before I make the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. Need to reschedule? You can do so at no charge if it's more than 12 hours before your scheduled time — just use the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your session forfeit the session fee, since that time was reserved specifically for you. If I need to reschedule for any reason, I'll reach out as soon as possible to find a new time — no charge either way.
